S.B. County Surveyor – Accela Informational Webinar

The Santa Barbara County Surveyor’s Office is pleased to announce the upcoming implementation of Accela as our new system for survey project submittals, plan review, and fee payments.
To support a smooth transition, we invite you to attend an informational webinar on Wednesday February 18 at 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, during which staff will provide an overview of the Accela platform, demonstrate creating an account, the application submittal workflow, and address questions.
Please note the following important dates:
- February 18 at 6:00 PM – Accela informational webinar
- February 18 – Accela goes live for all project submittals, reviews, and payments
- February 18 – DIRS will be discontinued and will no longer be available
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to working with you as we transition to Accela. This new system is expected to enhance efficiency, transparency, and customer service.
